  • Open: Active conversations needing attention. New chats handled by the AI Support Bot go to Closed unless the customer uses /human, then it moves to Open.
  • Closed: Solved inquiries go here. AI manages new and existing chats in Closed. Close a chat with the checkmark icon. To move a Closed chat back to Open, click or tap the circled arrow at the top right.
  • Snoozed: For on-hold conversations. Snooze chats for 3 hours to 1 month using the bell icon. After snooze, chats return to Open. The AI Support Bot won’t reply to chats in this folder.
  • Mute: For conversations not requiring immediate attention. Mute by clicking the customer’s profile picture and selecting "Mute.”
  • Blocked: For problematic users. Block them in the customer’s profile settings.

Use the filter button in the web app to navigate these folders and keep your team organized.

  1. Create a Private Telegram Group: Set up a private group in Telegram for your team.
